Built ca.1884 by William Beckett and Mr. Crosser. The jail is now completely enclosed and is just a room in this house. Private residence.
The original jail was a stone building on Beckett Lane. It has been surrounded by additions to the structure, but the stone is still visible on the outside of the house.
