In 1994 Spring Steet was regraded and pavement and concrete gutter added, at a igher elevation. To allow access to street at this higher elevation, the garage was raised at least 2 ft. . The work was done soley by DeWayne Rhodig, Morrison’s one-man Public Works Department for many years.
