Built ca. 1872. Julie Ann Baker was a Groom, one of the oldest families around Morrison. The house remained essentially unchanged until 1996 when an addition was built. Private residence.
Built 1872 as the American Hotel, rear two-story portion moved in 1888 to Carmody Hill (still exists there across from Carmody Jr. High). Look Family Residence since 1990, two-story addition in 1997 to mimic the footprint of the former Hotel.
