Built ca. 1896 by Woodman of the World. Later acquired by the Women of Woodcraft and finally donated to the Town by the Booster Club in the 1950s.
Following a fire, this building was renovated in 1995 by the Town with help from the Colorado Historical Society. This building housed the Morrison Opera Co. and later, the Morrison Theatre Co. In 2025, it is still the site of Town Board meetings and other community events.
