Built ca.1880 Fillmore Durham was the railroad station master, and his wife was the telegraph operator. In 1936, at age 84, he was killed on Bear Creek Avenue by a car. Private residence.
House in 2025 belongs to heirs of Dwayne and Maxine Rhodig (currently vacant).
